 WHIPPET GOOD!?

Whippet Poetry

Whippet, Mona!?

"Heavens, no! Well!? Maybe a little tap on the snout when he rambles through the tomatoes and zucchini in my garden."

 THE CLIMBING STARE: RIPPER'S RHYME

Fear the hollow steps that follow you close behind
turn not your head, and gaze upon an inevitable fate

walk a much faster step, as does your racing mind
fear, and know only well that what follows, is nothing other
than pure of hate

Keep well your distance, and while the stare begins to burn
look not to return your glance, though, temptation will demand

No, turn not your head; turn, and you might then never return
yes, flee from that climbing stare; yes, flee from the evil at hand

Fear that hollow stare that will follow you closely behind,
and turn not to its gaze, and remain suspicious of its dare

keep well the thought of peril; keep peril well placed in your mind
look not to exchange a glance with evil, and fall victim to his climbing stare

*I have been intrigued many years by the mystery and story that surrounds, Jack The Ripper.

THESE TWO DON'T BUM ME OUT AT ALL!

I sent these two lovely things over to Belle's site, INSIDE THE FLAME , to enter the boobie name generater contest. But, for some reason, neither one of them would give an inch (more like 44 0r 48 I think?) over one of them giving up the name, BUM. I did try to intervine and settle this silly dispute between these two (please forgive me) boobs, but when I was told to shut-up, or I'd get a "bust" in the mouth...uh-huh! Lets just say that I got the last word, and it sure was titillating, to say the least!

 “Slip, Slap, Slop”

ALBERTA

With the heat index skyrocketing here lately, I was thinking back to when my father would always say, "It's hot enough to fry an egg on the damned sidewalk!" (Among saying other things a little more stronger).

So, I thought I'd look up that old adage on the net, and the search came up with this! Now, I don't mind someone insulting my intelligence (okay, I do!) but when I came to the part that said, "Warning, do not eat the results of this trick!"

Well!!! That's when I would think back to when McDonalds went to putting a hot caution label on their coffee. It's not like I'd try to sue over burning my own stupid lip! I do have a little bit more integrity than that (although, Mickey D's has lots more money than I have integrity).

Anyway, with all that said, I did get a good laugh when I read the instructions to “Slip, Slap, Slop”. Which, reminds me to slip on down to the local diner, slap a dollar in the jukebox, and order the same slop I've been eating for years .
